Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

✔ The original packaging and safety seal remain intact

✔ All labels, inserts, and promotional items are included

✔ The item is returned in its original condition

Important Notice

For hygiene, health, and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded.

Return Process

Once your return request is approved:

✔ Returned items are inspected within 2–5 business days

✔ Photos or videos may be requested for verification purposes

Refund Process

After the returned item successfully passes inspection:

✔ Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

✔ Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase

✔ Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error occurred on our side

✔ Returns that do not meet eligibility requirements may be declined

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

✔ Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled before they are processed and shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the standard return process.
